Hawaii is a place for finding artists. Many studios are opened to the public before the holidays for shopping along with the chance to get to know artists. If you are going to be around the East side of the Big Island December 5th or 6th you can get your map from the Paradise Studio Tour website http://www.paradisestudiotour.com and head out towards Pahoa to see any of the 15 studios. The options multiply well beyond the 15 studios as the whole group is actually 36 different artists involved. Thank goodness there are two days, 10AM to 4PM each day.
Maybe you should just take your special friends along and give them the opportunity to pick out their own gift(s)
and you get to help the island of artists have a great year!
