
Alalā Comes Home by Elizabeth Miller
Volcano School of Arts & Sciences is holding its 6th Annual Art Auction & Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch at the Cooper Center in Volcano Village on Saturday the 9th of May from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.
EHCC Spring 2009 Exhibition First Place Winner, Elizabeth Miller’s ‘Alalā Comes Home will be featured; it is tooled aluminum, cast resin and sticks 2″ deep, that can stand alone so that light comes through the cast resin “window” or be hung on a wall.
Tickets are $20 advance, $25 door, or $10 for contributing artists and can be purchased at Volcano School 985-9800, Volcano General Store, or Volcano Garden Arts. Ages 21 and over.
